Event Profile

Edit the theme, name, and event profile settings for your show.

Path: Show Settings & Setup > Settings Control Panel > Event Profile Setup

Under Event Profile, there are four sections:

  • Profile Information

  • Section Names and Stats

  • Attendees

  • Active Status

Profile Information

Add or change the event title, event color, facility, city, state, start and end dates, event website, public contact information, and general information.

Notes

  • The “General Information” tab only appears in the mobile app under the Show Profile Information page.

  • Selecting an event color will affect the background color and various header links in the desktop app. Choose a medium or darker color for best contrast (all colors except solid black apply).

Section Names and Stats

Control the name of each tab in the public view of your event and choose which ones are currently active.

Notes

  • Certain tabs won’t display if their content isn’t available (e.g., Marketplace or Floorplan), even if they’re turned on.

Attendees

Allow attendees to edit their profile by selecting Yes or No.

Notes

  • When enabled, signed-in attendees can update their profile from the event home base. All updates are available in admin settings.

Active Status

Deactivate your event to remove public URL access to your show. Show managers retain access, and no data is lost if the show is deactivated.
