Event Packages, Licenses, & The App

Individual Event Packages

If you host two or less events a year, we recommend opting for a single event package, so you only pay for what you use. Each package is billed as a one-time set-up fee that includes production, hosting, and support. 

One-Tier Event

Includes core features + your choice of 1 add-on. 

Two-Tier Event

Includes core features + your choice of 2 add-ons. 

Three-Tier Event

Includes core features + your choice of 3 add-ons. 

Four-Tier Event

Includes core features + your choice of 4 add-ons. 

Bulk Licenses

Single Organization Bulk License

If you have three or more events per year, we recommend opting for a single organization annual bulk license to save money and create events yourself. All licensed events include core features plus content and marketplace expansion addons with interactive floor plans + booth sales available as addons to each event for a discounted set-up fee.

Licensed Event with Interactive Floor Plan + Booth Sales

Add an interactive floor plan and/or booth sales to any licensed event for a discounted set-up fee. 

Reseller Bulk License

For organizations that produce or manage events on behalf of clients, we recommend the reseller bulk license to simplify managing multiple events across multiple clients and the opportunity for you to resell our services with your own pricing. Your dedicated account manager will help you tailor each event to your client’s needs.

Event App

Whether you choose individual event packages or an annual license, every Map D event is optimized for mobile. If you would like to take the mobile experience to the next level with tools exclusive to native apps like push notifications, custom buttons, and more branding for your organization, we recommend upgrading to our event app. The event app add-on is a onetime set-up fee that adds additional functionality to all your organization’s events at no additional cost.*

*The Android and Apple app stores may require occasional resubmission of your app for security and performance updates. If required, you may be subject to optional resubmission fees.

Training

Map D is popular and known for being easy to use, but sometimes it’s good to take the shortcut. That’s where we come in with personalized training from your dedicated account manager that is billed by the hour at your convenience.

Multi-Level Floor Plan

One floor plan isn’t enough for every event. For very large events, or events held in multiple rooms or spaces, additional floor plans are available to add to your event and billed as a set-up fee per floor plan.

White Label

Branding is big in the event world, and we’re happy to custom brand your event to your needs with our white label service. The white label can be licensed yearly and allows all of your content to appear under a URL of your choice, removes all Map D branding from your events, and upgrades emails from our system to a dedicated generic email server.

FAQs & Billing Info

What counts as an “event” for per-event pricing?

Any occurrence with its own floor plan and attendee list, single-day or multi-day.

Do you charge transaction fees on booth sales?

No Map D fees—only standard gateway rates from Stripe, Authorize.Net, or Square.

How is support billed?

Core email/chat support is included. Premium phone & CSM packages are flat-rate add-ons.

Can I upgrade with more features later?

Yes. Add-ons can be enabled at any time.
